This blog captures a few of the things I think makes life worth a poop: the art and process of making–and yes, eating–food and experiencing other cultures (read: travel). ![]()
I’ve traveled and eaten my way though the good ol’ U.S. of A., as well as countries in Asia, Africa, South and Central America and the Caribbean, and, of course, Europe. On the Kenyan shores of Lake Victoria, I’ve bundled bites of Tilapia with balls of ugali and eaten deep-fried sausage peppered with curry powder in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg. I’ve also been lucky enough to drink mate with a group of women sex workers in Buenos Aires and dance with Sanky Pankies (male sex workers who deny they’re sex workers) in Cabarete. And then there’s my hometown, NYC. Too much to say there. This blog isn’t so much about food or travel but about the simple stuff that keep me moving.
You are seriously the hottest woman I’ve ever seen.
